Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide phone and email support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
• Process order entries, verify order statuses, and manage return orders through a multichannel system
• Maintain accurate record-keeping and participate in continuous improvement projects as needed

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of direct Customer Service or Call Center experience
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to work flexible hours to support business needs
• Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
• Preferred: Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, GHX, EDI, Salesforce, Genesys, and/or Power BI
