Key Responsibilities

• Responds to customer inquiries via telephone, providing problem resolution and assistance with payment and account-related requests
• Maintains knowledge of products and services to effectively address customer needs and escalates complex issues as necessary
• Enters data into client systems and utilizes decision trees to determine basic reasons for customer issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months call center experience within the last 18 months
• Flexibility to work mid to late shifts, including weekends
• Ability to work in a 24/7 call center environment
• Camera presence required during work hours
