Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide support for the Kansas Child Support program remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from consumers and assist with inquiries regarding child support cases

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, with 0-6 months of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must reside in the state of Kansas

• Proficiency in navigating multiple systems and using technology
