Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service & Sales Agent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upsell products and services to clients who call with issues regarding their safes
• Discover client needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Work in a 24/7, 365-day Call Center environment, being available for any assigned shift

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated proficiency in PC, MS Office, and web-based applications
• Ability to learn specialized software programs and navigate company databases
• Familiarity with standard office equipment
• Typing speed of 40 words per minute
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
