Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Launch Engagement Specialist responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to new onboarding customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle high call volume addressing customer inquiries related to service installation and billing
  • Serve as the primary support liaison, assisting customers with service setup and appointment scheduling
  • Provide technical support and maintain thorough knowledge of product lines to answer customer questions
Required Qualifications:
