Remote Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Representative to work remotely in CST or EST.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact clients and hospitals for payment of delinquent invoices
• Process insurance changes, adjustments, and refunds
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and accounts receivable balances

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare or insurance industry
• 2+ years of experience in a customer service environment
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
