Job Summary

A company is looking for a WF Remote Collection Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with consumers regarding their account balances
• Work with consumers to negotiate payment plans or resolutions
• Utilize provided tools and training to achieve performance-based goals

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Availability to work a flexible schedule Monday-Friday between 8am-8pm
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and quick learning of new software
• One year of customer service and/or call center experience preferred
• Reliable internet connection suitable for remote work
