Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Business Process Analyst - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and collaborate with stakeholders in the Front-End Acute Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) space to document standard operating models and best practices
• Optimize processes to align with the latest industry standards using knowledge of common technology solutions
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the RCM landscape through proactive stakeholder engagement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Ambulatory Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Operations
• 5+ years of experience in EHR-related roles
• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Front End functions, including Registration, POS collections, Authorizations, Financial Clearance & Financial Counseling
• Demonstrated ability to influence change and serve as a change management agent
• Proven adaptability and executive presence
