Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Business Analyst (Customer Connection Center).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain monthly executive reporting and conceptualize initiatives based on business objectives
• Identify patterns and generate actionable insights for operational strategic decisions
• Collaborate with teams to identify operational, financial, and technological risks and streamline operations

Required Qualifications

• BA in Mathematics, Business, Analytics, Statistics, or a similar field
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or similar roles
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and pivot tables
• Proficient in Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, and Python
• Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS Redshift or similar
