Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Benefits Call Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls regarding employee benefits, including healthcare and retirement options
• Navigate multiple systems to provide accurate information and assistance to customers
• Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment to enhance customer experience

Required Qualifications

• Previous customer service and/or call center experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in keyboarding and MS Office
• Ability to work a shift between 8AM-6PM, Monday-Friday
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test, and complete mandatory paid training
