RelativityOne Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, RelOne Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the daily operations of the RelativityOne operations team, including performance reviews and employee training
• Assist in budgeting and workflow development to optimize team performance and service delivery
• Monitor requests and ensure timely assignment and completion of work while driving best practices within the team

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
• At least two years of eDiscovery industry experience or three years of people management experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with monitoring and analyzing productivity and financial metrics preferred
• Previous management experience with technical teams is highly preferred
• Advanced knowledge of eDiscovery technology and the EDRM process, with RelativityOne experience preferred
