Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program/Project Manager II.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and prepare regulatory filings for state and federal agencies
  • Assist in responding to audits, examinations, and compliance-related inquiries
  • Maintain and update corporate governance documents and support intercompany filings
Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of experience as a Paralegal; at least 3 years in a healthcare, insurance, or regulatory setting preferred
  • Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and Marketplace programs
  • Associate Degree or ABA-Approved Paralegal Certificate required
  • Experience researching statutes and drafting legal documents
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Westlaw, and document management systems
