Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Quality Specialist, Pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the pharmacy formulary for various health services
• Ensure compliance with state and federal prescription drug regulations
• Lead pharmacy-related initiatives and support the development of medication use policies

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of Pharmacy
• Registered Pharmacist licensed to practice in one or more US states
• 5+ years of clinical experience as a pharmacist in a large care delivery or retail pharmacy setting
• Experience utilizing formulary management systems
• Deep understanding of prescribing limitations and formulary compliance across state lines
