Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse - Primary Care (100% Remote - Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic, video, or asynchronous messaging visits with patients and maintain accurate medical records
• Manage chronic conditions through regular patient check-ins and address care needs
• Oversee patients' transitions of care and ensure compliance with privacy standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing
• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in TX, GA, FL, or a compact license
• 3+ years of outpatient/ambulatory RN experience
• 1+ years of working knowledge of Milliman Care Guidelines
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed
