A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer who will also serve as a Clinical Trainer.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments and design engaging learning solutions for clinical staff
• Deliver clinical training and evaluate its effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics
• Lead training projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder engagement

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) compact license
• 3+ years of experience in clinical practice
• 2+ years of experience in instructional design and virtual facilitation
• Experience in healthcare operations such as telemedicine or case management
• Proficiency in instructional design tools and Learning Management Systems
