Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Clinical Quality RN to perform telephonic patient-centered clinical consults focused on health measures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct telephonic outreach and patient assessments for health measures such as CBP and A1C
• Educate patients on health conditions and assist with appointment scheduling
• Document all calls and actions taken within core systems

Required Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse eLNC Compact licensure in state of residency
• 2+ years of RN experience, including managed care setting experience
• 1+ years of experience reviewing electronic medical records and charts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Secure workspace that protects HIPAA confidentiality and high-speed internet access
