Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager to facilitate medical recovery and support injured workers through advocacy and coordination of medical services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing clinical assessments via telephone to evaluate the injured worker's needs
• Build relationships with various stakeholders including claims examiners, clients, and injured workers
• Identify and address issues related to recovery and negotiate treatment plans with medical providers

Required Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN license in a state or territory of the United States
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred or equivalent work experience
• Certification in case management, rehabilitation nursing, or a related specialty is highly preferred
• Experience in managing complex medical conditions and treatment planning
• Knowledge of medical and disability duration guidelines
