Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Dental Review Specialist (RDH).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and authorize dental services for compliance with clinical criteria and contractual requirements
• Assist in policy and procedure creation, training materials, and reporting requirements
• Respond to escalated questions and manage internal and external customer requests

Required Qualifications

• Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) with a current unrestrictive license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in a clinical dental role or related experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and codes
