Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and develop sales talent while coaching the team to exceed targets
• Understand and address customer pain points using the company's value proposition
• Act as the executive sponsor for key partners, creating joint plans and driving opportunities to closure

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-cycle sales experience in the software or security industry
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Progressive selling experience engaging with accounts at the C-Level
• Must be located in MN, WI or Chicago
