Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient referrals efficiently and accurately
• Make outbound calls to confirm referral preferences and appointment details
• Handle inbound calls with a high level of customer service

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Experience in medical office referral coordination strongly desired
• Proficiency in EMR systems (e.g., E-Centaurus, Cerner, Careweb)
• Familiarity with insurance precertification and referral management preferred
