Job Summary

A company is looking for a Referral Coordinator to manage the referral process and support healthcare operations remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the intake of members and admission/discharge information
• Collaborate with hospitals, clinics, and the clinical team to handle service requests
• Process incoming and outgoing referrals and prior authorizations

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• 1+ years of medical referral processing experience
• Experience with Windows-based programs, including Microsoft Word and Excel
