Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Flex.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the legal point of contact and subject matter expert for the Premier Agent Flex business
• Provide tactical legal counsel for pilot programs and key initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Analyze legislative changes impacting the business and draft, review, and negotiate brokerage referral fee agreements

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of relevant experience as counsel in a law firm or in-house legal department, preferably in real estate or tech
• JD with active state bar admission
• Experience with real estate regulations, including RESPA and state licensing laws
• Experience in marketing and data privacy
• Aptitude for innovative problem solving and a team-first attitude
