About the position
Welcome to RE/MAX City Centre, where passion for real estate meets a family-focused approach to client service. Even though RE/MAX is known as a destination for top producers, we’re now looking for confident, capable go-getters launching their careers. Located in the heart of Southfield, MI, we are a dynamic brokerage dedicated to providing exceptional real estate experiences with a personal touch. Our team thrives on collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to exceeding client expectations. You lead the way. RE/MAX has your back. As a Real Estate Agent, you will utilize the latest technology to promote your listings, track leads, and stay connected with clients after the sale. We provide free training and support, including on-demand comprehensive courses and access to brokerage-provided resources. You will engage with a wealth of quality leads, having full access to a pool of brokerage prospects. This is an excellent opportunity to start a new career, as we are willing to train our agents extensively to ensure they excel in their roles. In this role, you will be your own boss, working independently while being backed by a focused and motivated team. You will have the chance to make a significant impact as a RE/MAX agent, mastering the market by advising clients on the housing market and when it is appropriate to buy. You will provide expert buyer/seller counseling, evaluate and help clients understand their budgets, and inform property owners of potential damage. Networking and prospecting will be key components of your job, as you will work closely with Mortgage Brokers, other Real Estate Agents, Home Inspectors, Lawyers, and Lenders. Additionally, you will be responsible for transaction negotiation, preparing documentation for property closing, leasing, and other contracts, as well as showcasing listings by gathering properties of interest to your clients.
