Job Summary

A company is looking for an RCS Associate - Part Time.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customer-facing services within Revenue Cycle System Services
• Perform scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and prior-authorization tasks
• Provide financial counseling, cashiering, and customer service support

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in customer service or healthcare preferred
• Ability to work part-time hours, Monday through Friday
• Familiarity with revenue cycle processes is a plus
• Willingness to undergo training and meet performance metrics
