Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research & Development Manager, Gummy.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a remote lab for benchtop experimentation and rapid prototyping
• Lead formulation experiments to accelerate product development and innovation
• Collaborate with manufacturers for production runs and scale-up processes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in confectionary product development, preferably with gummy experience
• Technical skills in formulation development and production scale-up
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field
• Experience building an R&D lab from scratch is a plus
• Strong organizational abilities to maintain a work environment and equipment
