Quantitative Analytics Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quant Analytics Manager responsible for leading the development and validation of predictive and machine-learning models to address business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and leverage models and prescriptive analysis to solve business problems
• Review deliverables and coach team members on their work products
• Coordinate with data stewards to improve data procedures and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative discipline and at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience
• Understanding of best practices for data capturing and analysis methods
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL and advanced programming languages like Python, R, or SAS
• Ability to establish standards for modeling tools and techniques
• Experience in communicating technical observations to non-technical audiences
