Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quant Analytics Lead Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and document complex statistical and machine learning models
• Translate business needs into advanced analytics projects and prioritize based on impact
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Graduate degree (PhD or Master's) in quantitative fields such as Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with statistical/predictive methods using large datasets
• Experience with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL/BigSQL
• Experience working with both structured and unstructured data
