Manage the quality-related event (QRE) reporting system and process, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
Ensure compliance with service quality and regulatory guidelines by contributing data to the Quality and Compliance Teams
Collaborate with service line leadership to deliver training and improve performance metrics
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred
2-5 years of pharmacy experience required; QI experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Patient safety or healthcare risk certificate, or equivalent, within six months of hire
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong patient-centered focus on quality and outcomes
