• Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and resolve escalations

Required Qualifications

• PMP and ITIL certifications
• U.S. citizenship status is required due to government contract
• Ability to work remotely
• Willingness to undergo a government Public Trust (SF-85) background investigation
