Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Manager Mid Market.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for approximately 50 - 60 mid-market clients and advisors
• Maintain knowledge regarding industry trends and regulatory requirements while providing consultative solutions
• Monitor annual plan projects and maintain documentation on client projects within the CRM software tool

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in qualified retirement plans with expert knowledge of plan design and regulations
• QKA certification required
• Bachelor's degree required
• Proven track record of managing and servicing retirement plans, including compliance and recordkeeping
• Extensive knowledge of retirement plan design options, including defined contribution and defined benefit plans
