A company is looking for a Psychometrician to oversee the technical quality of educational assessment activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of the technical quality of educational assessment activities
• Run technical operational and research projects, including statistical reviews
• Design and document technical and operational procedures and statistical guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Statistics, Education Measurement, Psychometrics, or a related field
• Advanced training in psychometric research and statistics
• Experience with assessment systems and item response theory
• Knowledge of statistical modeling and psychometrics
