Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Relations Specialist to join their Veterans Evaluation Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Report Tracking Specialists with delinquent reports and addendums
• Contact providers regarding complaints from veterans about conduct and bedside manner
• Document interactions and provide feedback to maintain provider relations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma or GED required
• Previous customer service experience required
• Experience with Veterans Evaluation Services (VES) team preferred
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
• Must reside in the Continental US and meet home office requirements
