Provider Network Development Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Network Development professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with providers to secure network participation contracts
• Utilize company and non-company systems to identify physician prospects and gather necessary demographics
• Negotiate and prepare network participation contracts while documenting efforts in proprietary programs

Required Qualifications

• College degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent acceptable with relevant experience
• Proficient computer and internet skills; familiarity with Microsoft applications required
• Ability to prioritize workload independently with minimal supervision
• Inside sales experience and knowledge of the medical industry are a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) and workers compensation knowledge are advantageous
