Provider Enrollment Specialist - job 1 of 7

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Enrollment Specialist to manage provider enrollments and revalidations for radiologists on a national level.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage provider enrollments and revalidations with government and contracted payors
• Collaborate with internal billing teams and vendors to handle approvals, denials, and appeals
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payor requirements and ensure accurate provider information in enrollment software

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred, with 2+ years in a Provider Enrollment role
• Knowledge of the Provider Enrollment process and experience with enrollment software, NPPEs, PECOS, Medicare, Medicaid, and multi-state payor enrollments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-specific software
• Ability to work independently with critical thinking and a solution-oriented approach
