Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Specialist with Provider Enrollment Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from physicians, hospitals, and ancillary providers regarding operational concerns and service requests
• Act as the primary contact for assigned providers, managing escalated service issues and collaborating with internal departments for resolution
• Validate and update provider demographic and practice changes in the QNXT/eVips applications accurately and timely

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
• 2 years of experience in a customer service role within a healthcare services organization
• Proficiency with desktop applications, including Microsoft Office and mainframe systems (QNXT/eVips)
• Knowledge of medical terminology, claims payment, and familiarity with ICD and CPT coding
• Exemplary customer relations expertise
