Proposal Content Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Content Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, maintain, and manage content for persuasive proposals
  • Implement content management best practices and workflows
  • Support bid pre-population and manage RFPs independently as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, English, Journalism, or related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a proposal writer in related industries
  • 2+ years of experience managing proposal content within a content management tool
  • Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) Certification preferred
  • Expert proficiency in MS Office Suite and content management systems like Qvidian, Loopio, or Responsive
