Project Manager, Learning Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager, Learning & Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of coaching and mentoring initiatives
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of multiple projects
• Develop and implement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and report outcomes to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, adult learning, or a related field
• Proven experience in developing and implementing coaching, mentoring, and learning programs
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other educational technologies
