Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end study start-up process, including site selection, regulatory submissions, and site activation
• Define start-up strategy and timelines in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Track and report start-up performance metrics, ensuring effective communication among all functions involved

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in clinical trial start-up with leadership experience
• Proven ability to manage multi-country start-up activities in a matrixed environment
• Experience in project management within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
