Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update supplies data across multiple databases and spreadsheets
• Research and resolve supply-related issues, including generating work orders for technicians
• Lead customer-facing meetings to share updates and resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year in a Project Management or Project Coordination role
• Intermediate Excel skills (data analysis, comparing spreadsheets)
• Experience working with ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred)
• Proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Previous work-from-home experience
