Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Center Owner's Representative/Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project management for real estate projects from initiation to completion
• Work with clients to prepare project scope, resource requirements, budgets, schedules, and quality control
• Direct project delivery teams and create action plans to meet objectives, tracking progress and reporting status

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset
• Sophisticated math skills for financial calculations
