Project Excellence Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Excellence Specialist to support the Mobility Advisory Operations team in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide monthly financial status reports and monitor project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
• Facilitate invoicing, cost transfers, and project setups for new clients and subcontractors
• Collaborate with the Global Shared Service Center and coordinate accounts receivable and payable compliance

Required Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency with desktop applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with client contracts and billing in a service-related industry
• Experience with Oracle software
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred
