Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their Project Management and Quality Assurance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support web application projects through all phases including discovery, design, development, QA, deployment, and maintenance
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals
• Track project progress, assist with QA & UAT coordination, and support resource planning across multiple initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Web Development, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in a project coordination role within a web development or digital agency environment
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and willingness to learn technical skills for managing web projects
• Experience with project and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams
