Program Representative - Adult Autism

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Representative for the Adult Autism Waiver.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer work for BSASP to ensure compliance with regulations and policies
• Manage IT work related to HCSIS, PROMISe, and ECM, including participation in design and implementation meetings
• Evaluate community programs and services through on-site visits and quality assessments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, Public Health, or Public Administration
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a human service program with administrative duties
• Preferred experience using HCSIS
• Ability to develop PowerPoint presentations and engage in public speaking
• Capability to evaluate and prioritize competing demands and deadlines
