Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Lead (Program / Sr. Project Manager) to manage a philanthropic platform conversion remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of platform conversion and data mart build-out
• Manage stakeholder alignment, team coordination, and delivery across functions
• Provide clear, business-focused updates to project teams and senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a project/program manager
• Experience working with large or complex datasets
• Familiarity with philanthropic grant programs, charitable funds, or employee engagement initiatives
• Knowledge of system and user acceptance testing processes
• PMP certification is a plus
