Program Manager - Life Sciences

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager - Life Sciences (Technical, Functional & Legacy Systems Migration).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program lifecycle activities across technical and functional workstreams in Life Sciences domains
• Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern platforms, ensuring data integrity and system integration
• Develop and manage program plans, budgets, schedules, and risk registers while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred
• 7+ years of program/project management experience in pharma, biotech, medtech, or diagnostics
• 3+ years leading legacy system migrations, including data mapping and validation
• Familiarity with PDLC, stage-gate processes, and regulatory submission frameworks
