Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably within merchandising or e-commerce
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with performance tracking tools
• Experience working with perishable or short-shelf-life products preferred
• Proficiency in project management and data tools (e.g., Asana, Excel)
• Self-starter with a solutions-oriented mindset
