Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Program Manager - Epic Aura.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the Epic Aura rollout strategy and collaborate with EHR Implementation Program Managers
• Act as the primary liaison across departments to ensure alignment and progress toward common goals
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, manage resources, and communicate program updates to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in program and project management with a focus on cross-functional collaboration
• EHR/EMR integration background is a plus
• Demonstrated experience in implementing project management software
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
• Significant practical experience in project planning, resource management, and risk management
