Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational lead across assigned retainer accounts and occasional projects
• Own the roadmap: translate strategy into prioritized initiatives with scope, tasks, and acceptance criteria
• Facilitate weekly/biweekly client check-ins and ensure alignment across all deliverables

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in a Program Management, Project Management, or Digital Operations role
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-channel programs or retainers, ideally in eCommerce, agency, or SaaS
• Familiar with agile delivery methods and client-facing documentation
• Understanding of Shopify theme structure and app ecosystem
• Exposure to retention platforms and CRO tooling
