Program Control Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Control Manager to lead and supervise a team of analysts monitoring program costs, schedules, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of program control analysts, providing guidance and performance feedback
• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including budgets and forecasts for various contract types
• Monitor program costs and schedules, identifying potential issues and developing corrective actions

Required Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Deltek Costpoint and Focus Point
• Understanding of program management methodologies and EVMS standards
• Ability to analyze complex data and develop solutions
• Knowledge of government regulations related to program management
