Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Associate, Organizational Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and grant processing support to the Organizational Development Pillar
• Assist in reviewing proposals, preparing reports, and managing service contracts
• Serve as a first point of contact for grantees regarding OD-related questions and services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree; Graduate degree preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in nonprofit management, particularly in capacity building or international social development
• Exposure to international development, especially in emerging regions
• Experience with grantmaking processes and organizations
• Demonstrated experience working with multicultural teams
